ccshare.cc is a code sharing platform for Claude Code sessions. By using our service, you agree to share code responsibly, respect intellectual property rights, and understand that shared content may be publicly visible. We process your data according to our Privacy Policy and reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ccshare.cc ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
By using this Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Use of Service
ccshare.cc is a platform that enables users to share, store, and collaborate on Claude Code AI assistant session exports. The Service includes features for:
- Sharing Claude Code conversation history and code outputs
- Automatic detection and display of code changes, file modifications, and technical stack
- Public and private sharing options with unique URLs
- Commenting and interaction features for shared sessions
- API access for programmatic sharing from Claude Code CLI
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service in accordance with the following rules:
- You will not share code that contains malware, viruses, or any malicious software
- You will not share content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrighted code without permission
- You will not share sensitive information such as passwords, API keys, or personal data
- You will not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
- You will not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of the Service
- You will not use automated systems or bots to abuse the Service or create spam
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
3. User Content
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you share on ccshare.cc. By sharing content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service.
License Grant
By sharing content on ccshare.cc, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and our business operations, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.
Public Content
When you choose to make your shares public, you understand that:
- The content will be visible to all users and visitors of the Service
- The content may be indexed by search engines
- Other users may copy, modify, or redistribute your code in accordance with any license you specify
- We cannot control how others use your publicly shared content
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure you have the right to share it.
- You own or have the necessary rights to share all User Content
- Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
- You have permission to share any third-party code or content included in your shares
- Your content complies with all applicable open source licenses
4. API Usage and CLI Integration
We provide API access for integration with Claude Code CLI tools. By using our API, you agree to:
- Use API keys securely and not share them publicly
- Not exceed reasonable rate limits (1000 requests per hour)
- Not use the API for automated spam or abuse
- Comply with all API documentation and guidelines
We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms or excessive usage.
4. Privacy
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We process User Content only as necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
6. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Usernames are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and may not infringe on trademarks or impersonate others.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and User Content after 30 days
- Public shares may remain accessible if archived by others
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
6. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
- The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
We do not review, verify, or endorse any code or content shared through the Service. Users are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of any code or information obtained through the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL INSOMNIA INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Any statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
- Any code, content, or data you access through the Service
- Any other matter relating to the Service
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Insomnia Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
11. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Service infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify us using the contact information provided below.
A proper DMCA notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
13. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Insomnia Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights under these Terms without restriction.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

Appendix: Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "Claude Code": Refers to Anthropic's AI coding assistant
- "Session": A conversation or interaction with Claude Code
- "Share": A Claude Code session exported and shared on the platform
- "API": Application Programming Interface provided for CLI integration
- "User Content": All content uploaded, shared, or created by users
